About Al Murtaja Medical Equipment
A Jordanian company that has brought specialty laboratory diagnostics to hospitals and laboratories since 1994 — and stays with them after the sale.
Al Murtaja Medical Equipment (MME) is based in Amman. We represent manufacturers of laboratory diagnostic systems and their reagents, and we look after every analyzer we place: installation, training, preventive maintenance, repairs and the supply of reagents and consumables.
Our customers are public and private hospitals and clinical laboratories. Our engineers visit them on site; every visit is recorded, from the moment the engineer sets off to the service report at the end, so a laboratory always knows what was done on its analyzer and what comes next.
Our motto, on our logo, is the standard we hold ourselves to: always one step ahead.
How we work
- We listen to what the laboratory needs and propose the system that fits its workload.
- We supply the analyzer and its reagents, and install it on site.
- We train the laboratory's team until they run it with confidence.
- We keep it running: preventive maintenance, repairs and application support, each visit with its service report.
- We keep the reagents coming, so testing never stops.
